Internship Venue: Bennett University, Plot No 8-11, Tech Zone-II, Near Dabra Village, Greater Noida-201310

Dates: 04th June, 2018 to 29th June, 2018

Reporting Date and Time: 04th June, 2018 at 10.00 AM at Lecture Hall, Ground Floor, Block A. You will be provided an internship Id-Card for your movement in the Univesity campus

Hostel Facility: Those who have opted for Hostel Facilty and made the requisite payments can avail the facility from 3rd June, 2018 and upto 30th June, 2018 upto 11.00AM

Hostel Room Allocation: When you come to Bennett University, You should report at Reception of Block A at the allocation counter. Room has basic amenities like Cot, Bedding, Air Conditioning, Table, Chair, Almirah. Hostel has common bathrooms.

You will be responsible for taking care of your belongings. It is expected that you bring your laptop with you.

You are supposed to abide by the general rules of the Hostel and University related to maintaining the discipline. Anybody found to be in possession of illicit drugs, liquor, cigarettes etc. will be immediately asked to leave the hostel and his internship offer shall stand cancelled. Any amount paid towards hostel or security will be forfeited. Kindly be informed that Bennett University is a vegetarian campus. No one is allowed to consume Non-vegetarian food on the campus.

All are requested to carry two passport size photos and one Photo identity card. You should also carry your institution Id-Card apart from a photo-id.

All hostelers, In General you will not be allowed to go outside the campus during your stay for the duration of the internship. In case of emergency and weekends, you need to fill up an out-pass. It will be assumed that your parents/gaurdians are duly informed of your movement by you. Institution will not be repsponsible for any kind of unwanted incident after you leave the campus.

Everyday, the instructor will mark your attendance randomly at any time in the day. In case you miss the internship even for a single day, your security stands forfeited and you may not get the intereship certificate.

After the Workshop from 05 June to 07 June, or daily timings of the internship will be from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM that includes a lunch time from 12.30 PM-1.15 PM

All interns will be able to use University Library facility as per the rules and policies of the library

How to reach Bennett University

From Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi Distance from Airport to Bennett University is around 60 Kms. You can take a taxi, (approx. charges 1200-1500 ) from Airport to Bennett University. Alternatively you can take economical Metro Train (Rapid transit) i.e "Metro Airport Express" running from Airport to connecting spots in New Delhi Metro Station. Further, you can take a Metro from New Delhi Metro Station till Botanical Garden Metro Station. From Botanical Garden there is a direct Yellow UPSRTC bus service available for Greater Noida Pari chowk. From there you can take Auto/Cab to reach Bennett University (approx. charges 50-150 ). From New Delhi Railway Station

Distance from New Delhi Railway Station to Bennett University is around 50 Kms. You can take a taxi to Bennett University (approx. charges 1000 ). Alternatively, you can take a Metro train from New Delhi Metro Station and get down at Botanical Garden Metro Station. From Botanical Garden there is a direct Yellow UPSRTC bus service available for Greater Noida Pari chowk. Avail that bus service and reach to the Pari chowk. From there you can take Auto/Cab to reach Bennett (approx. charges 50-150 ).

At the end of the internship on 28th June, you are supposed to submit a 10-12 page Project Report, You Tube Video, A1 Size Poster. In case your progres is not found to be satisfactory, then Your security will not be refunded
