Project Description

English is one of the prominent spoken language in the world. Peoples’ accent changes based on region and local dialect. In this study, we have classified the non-native English speech from Hindi language speakers from the native American English speakers. We have taken data both for native and non-native speech from CSTR VCTK Corpus dataset. MFCC features generated from the audio signals were given as input parameters to the Supervised Machine Learning models and evaluation metrics have been generated and compared
