About the work

Empower Global Tech AI Pvt. Ltd. is the engine behind LeadingIndia.ai, one of India's largest AI skilling initiatives, trusted by 1.03M+ students and 1.1K+ academic institutions. We are expanding our ecosystem by building two important digital platforms: AITechInfluencer.com, our AI media and knowledge platform, and AlgorithmGuru.in, our competitive coding and algorithm learning platform. This is not a routine website maintenance internship. We are looking for individuals who can help build new platforms from the ground up. The selected individual will work directly with the founders, lead developer, and UI/UX team on real product development.

Responsibilities

1. Frontend development: Build responsive, fast-loading, and clean web pages using React.js / Next.js, HTML5, CSS, and modern frontend practices.
2. Backend and API development: Work on backend APIs using Python, Django, FastAPI, or Node.js, depending on the project requirement.
3. AlgorithmGuru.in development: Help build a coding platform where students can write, run, and test Python code directly on the website.
4. Code execution prototype: Assist in building a safe code execution flow where student-submitted Python code can be sent to the backend, executed with limits, and returned to the frontend.
5. Database and user management: Support database design and API integration for student profiles, assessments, assignments, content, and user activity.
6. UI/UX collaboration: Work with UI/UX interns and developers to convert designs into clean, responsive product interfaces.
7. GitHub and deployment: Use GitHub properly for version control, commits, collaboration, and deployment workflows.

Who can apply

1. Strong full-stack learners: You should be comfortable with frontend development and willing to work on backend APIs. You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you must be able to learn quickly.
2. 0-to-1 builders: We are looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, not someone who only wants well-defined college-style assignments.
3. Project-oriented developers: You should have built personal projects beyond standard classroom work. GitHub projects, deployed apps, coding platforms, dashboards, or useful tools will be valued.
4. Responsible AI users: You may use tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or other AI coding assistants. However, you must understand, test, explain, and take ownership of the code you submit.
5. Clear communicators: Since this is a remote internship, you should be able to explain your work clearly, give updates, ask questions, and document what you are building.
