The ₹5 lakh research grant is a direct contribution from LeadingIndia.AI toward your institution's AI research activities. It is released in milestones against agreed research deliverables — not as a lump sum. Typical uses include equipment, software licences, conference attendance and publication fees. This is exclusive to the Leadership tier and is one of the most valued benefits at that level.

Yes, 18% GST is applicable on all membership fees. A proper GST invoice is issued for every payment. If your institution is GST registered, you may be able to claim Input Tax Credit — please check with your finance department. Our team is happy to assist with any documentation your accounts team may need.

Membership fees are payable annually in advance. We accept payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) and online payment gateway. A GST invoice is issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For multi-year memberships, the full amount is payable upfront to lock in the discounted rate. If your institution requires a purchase order process, we are familiar with that workflow and happy to accommodate.

Membership is activated promptly after payment confirmation. Your institution's Single Point of Contact receives portal access and an onboarding call with your relationship manager to kick things off. The first training event is scheduled in coordination with the regional calendar and your team's availability - your relationship manager will work with you to plan this as early as possible.

Every member institution is assigned a dedicated relationship manager from the LeadingIndia.AI commercial team. They are your first point of contact for scheduling, queries, escalations and annual planning. For Competent tier and above, a formal quarterly review call is also part of your membership to ensure you are on track with your plan for the year.

Yes. Every membership is formalised through a signed Memorandum of Understanding between your institution and LeadingIndia.AI. The MoU outlines the tier, duration, benefits, responsibilities of both parties and the terms of renewal or upgrade.
